Bob Stanley on his second book “Yeah Yeah Yeah: The Story of Modern Pop”

Bob Stanley is a UK musician, film producer and journalist, best known as a member of the pop/dance group Saint Etienne for which he co-writes songs and produces. Live on stage, he normally plays keyboards. Stanley has had a long parallel career as a music journalist writing for amongst others NME, Melody Maker, Mojo, The Guardian and The Times.

At by:Larm 2013 he was interviewed by Kieron Tyler, Journalist at Mojo. Differing from the usual Q&A’s, Stanley gives the listeners an exclusive world premiere reading extracts from his (now published) second book, “Yeah Yeah Yeah: The Story of Modern Pop”, a history of pop music since 1952.
